3. Custom Commission Agreement
Because The Rockscape Company specializes in ultra-luxury custom art, hand-crafted Pietra Dura stone inlays, bronze castings, and bespoke architectural elements, all custom commissions are subject to the following binding agreement:
- Bespoke Nature & Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of authentic natural stones, metals, and minerals, slight variations in natural grain, color tones, patinas, and dimensions are inherent characteristics of our craft and are not considered defects.
- Deposits & Production Stages: Custom commissions require agreed-upon milestone deposits before design drafts, stone cutting, or foundry casting begins. Production schedules and lead times will be communicated per project scope.
- Finality of Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke, hand-crafted nature of our art pieces, custom commissions are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange once production has commenced or upon final delivery.
- Shipping, Insurance & Customs: International transport, specialized crating, white-glove delivery, and transit insurance are arranged for each piece. Clients are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory compliance fees applicable in their destination country.

5. Termination & Access Suspension
