About The Project

Designed for one of Kuwait’s most prominent families, the Al Mulla Residence is a masterclass in modern opulent living fused with rich Middle Eastern architectural tradition. Our master artisans were commissioned to enhance the estate’s expansive grounds with bespoke marble installations—ranging from monumental architectural mashrabiyas to poolside lighting features and custom Mughal-inspired outdoor furnishings.

The Architectural Experience

Architectural Mashrabiyas & Light Play

Framing the residence’s facade, towering hand-carved marble mashrabiya screens serve as the defining architectural statement.

  • Geometric Precision: Intricately carved by hand in our workshop, each openwork lattice panel balances geometric complexity with effortless elegance.
  • Ambient Poolside Illumination: Along the private pool court, recessed marble jalis double as luminous architectural lighting. As evening sets, backlighting casts a warm, golden glow across the water, creating a tranquil luxury oasis.
